Mimecast in Milan is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to articulate our full platform story to customers and partners. You will lead technical pre-sales activities, demonstrate products, respond to RFPs, and support high‑level implementation plans in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.

The role requires enterprise‑level technical credibility across cybersecurity domains, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Competenze

• Experience in a technical and/or sales engineering role, ideally also with enterprise accounts.

Mansioni

• Technical Pre-Sales Support: providing technical advice and support to sales opportunities and engaging with technical contacts in customer and reseller partner organizations, to ensure the Mimecast service is positioned correctly and any technical objections are overcome.
• Proof-Of-Concept support: collaborating with the Service Delivery team on complex solutions and overseeing pre-sales proofs of concept.
• Project management familiarity and working with technology partners is beneficial.
• Close collaboration with sales colleagues to drive opportunities.
