Job summary

Horizon3 is a remote cybersecurity company seeking a Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect to help prospects and clients understand the value and capabilities of our NodeZero platform. This fully remote role may require up to 50% travel to be successful.

In this role, you will demonstrate product expertise, tailor live demos and proofs of concept, and collaborate with sales and product teams to design customer-centric solutions. 201+?

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Pre-Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats and risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative with initiative; fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Horizon3 products to assist the sales team.
• Meet with potential customers to understand their cybersecurity needs and infrastructure.
• Provide live demos and proofs of concept tailored to the customer.
• Work with sales and product teams to design refined solutions.
• Train the sales team on technical aspects of products to improve selling.
• Relay field feedback to product/engineering teams for improvements.
• Assist in answering technical sections of RFPs and RFIs.
• Support customers post-sales to ensure smooth implementation.
