Job summary

Scaleway, a leading European cloud provider, is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Italy. You will build strong relationships, drive adoption, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Solution Architects, Support, and Product teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll work in a collaborative, international environment, with up to 3 days of remote work per week, and opportunities for internal mobility within the Iliad Group.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing tech role.
• Strong cloud industry understanding and AI trends.
• Engineering background or cloud provider experience is a plus.
• Data-driven with experience using Salesforce, Metabase, and Slack.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with customer users and decision-makers.
• Understand customer objectives to identify growth opportunities.
• Define and execute customer-specific success plans to maximize satisfaction.
• Drive adoption of Scaleway services and features.
• Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, renewal opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
