Sysdig is seeking a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer in the Novara, Piemonte area to support enterprise customers as a senior technical resource. You will partner with development engineers to manage escalations, track bugs, and document feature requests, shaping reliability for cloud security products.

You will develop troubleshooting sessions, trainings, and internal guides, maintain knowledge base articles, and participate in on-call rotations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise technical support or escalation roles (container management, cloud management, cloud security).
• Master-level Kubernetes and Linux experience.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (bash/shell/python).
• Knowledge of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
