Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience using market data (e.g., AC Nielsen).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Net Sales, Market Shares and execution KPIs for assigned categories.
• Define the category plan and strategy for launches, distribution, promotions and local tracking.
• Project management on NPDs to ensure timely go-to-market.
• Sellout data analysis: market share, distribution, promo performance, competitors’ activities.
• Implementing Consumer and Trade Promotion plans.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and partners; collaborate with regional and local teams.
