Job summary

SC Johnson are seeking a Senior Associate, Customer Marketing in Arese, Italy. You will develop and implement commercial activities in line with regional strategies, collaborating closely with the Italian sales team to improve turnover and market share.

You will manage category plans, launches, promotions, and GTM execution, while leveraging regional assets and data to drive growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
• Commercial background with FMCG exposure.
• Experience with online commerce is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience using market data (e.g., Nielsen) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive net sales, market share, and KPI tracking for assigned categories.
• Define category plans: launches, distribution, promotions, local tracking.
• Lead NPD projects for timely GTM execution.
• Analyze sell-out data: market share, promotions, competitors.
• Develop trade promotions and materials with suppliers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure on-time distribution and display initiatives.
• Create trade presentations using regional assets and guidelines.
• Support branding and media campaigns rollout with Regional team.

Senior Associate, Customer Marketing

Location: Arese, Italy

Function: Customer Marketing

This role is eligible for international relocation.

Overview

Overview: You will be a key player of Customer Marketing team and is responsible for the development and implementation of commercial activities, according to Regional & Country Group Category Strategies, working closely with the sales team in Italy to achieve turnover & market share targets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Net Sales, Market Shares and execution KPIs for assigned categories.


• Define the category plan and strategy in terms of launches, distribution, promotions and oversees local tracking to achieve the business objectives.


• Project management on NPDs to ensure timely & efficient go to market.


• Sellout data analysis: market share, distribution, promo performance, competitors’ activities.


• Implementing Consumer and Trade Promotion plans.


• Managing the relationship with suppliers and other partners (cooperation with regional and local partners).


• Working with Sales Team to ensure all distribution and display initiatives are timely and properly executed.


• Responsible for artwork/labels and POS & promo packs materials development.


• Developing trade presentations leveraging regional materials.


• Collaborate with Regional team on branding and media campaigns roll out.

Experience you’ll bring

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar


• Commercial background with at least 3years in Trade Marketing/ Marketing in a multinational FMCG company.


• E-commerce experience would be a plus.


• Fluent both in English and Italian.


• Experience using market data (e.g., AC Nielsen).


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools is an advantage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Full Time: 36 Hours per week (8 Hours from Monday to Thursday, 4 Hours Friday)

Office work environment: Remote work available once a week

Will be in the same office with Italian Category Teams (Arese) Open office

The expected gross salary range for this position is between 38 800,00 EUR - 50 900,00 EUR. Job related skills, experience, and education, will be considered in setting actual starting base salary.

In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive, and/or long-term incentives.
