Redion Employee Benefits in Assago (Italy) is hiring a Senior Cost Controller to support cost governance and financial performance. You will work with business stakeholders to monitor expenses, prepare cost reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and knowledge of ERP/reporting tools. The position is permanent, based in Assago, with an annual gross base salary of EUR 45,000–€50,000.

Competenze

Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate financial information into actionable insights.
Ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for finance and non-finance audiences.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency.
Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools is beneficial.

Mansioni

Monitor and analyse operating expenses and cost trends.
Prepare cost reports, dashboards and variance analyses vs budget/forecast.
Support budgeting, forecasting and cost allocation processes.
Collaborate with functions to challenge expenditures and promote cost awareness.
Assist month-end/year-end closing related to expenses and provisions.
Contribute to cost management improvements and ad hoc analyses.
