LuxExperience is seeking a Cost Controller to join the Finance team in Bologna with a hybrid working model. The role focuses on cost control, budgeting, and financial planning, partnering with key business stakeholders to drive efficiency and maintain internal controls. A Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance and 2–3 years in Controlling are required, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of Navision/Power BI a plus. Starting salary is 35,000€ gross annually.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience in Controlling / Cost Controlling, preferably in structured/multinational environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision and Power BI is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support cost control strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage annual budgeting and multi-year planning for operating and manufacturing costs.
• Oversee monthly financial close and SOX documentation.
• Lead cost analyses and report variances vs Budget/Prior Year.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and build business cases for stakeholders.
