Redion Employee Benefits, the Generali Group's global employee benefits partner, is hiring a Financial Reporting & Data Quality Analyst in Assago. You will produce, validate, and improve financial and management reports, collaborating with finance professionals across 120+ countries to ensure reliable data for decision making and regulation.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in financial reporting, analytics or auditing, with a degree in Economics/Finance and knowledge of Power BI, SAP, and Excel.

Competenze

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in financial reporting, audit, data analytics, controlling, finance transformation or similar areas.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Previous experience within a Big 4 firm (Audit, Risk Advisory, Financial Advisory or Consulting) highly desirable.
• Experience within insurance, reinsurance, financial services or regulated industries would be considered an advantage

Mansioni

• Supporting the preparation and validation of periodic financial, management and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Performing data quality reviews and reconciliation activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of financial and business information.
• Assisting in the analysis of reporting data, identifying trends, anomalies and areas requiring further investigation.
• Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of reporting processes, methodologies and controls.
• Collaborating with multiple functions across the organization to collect, review and challenge data used within reporting processes.
• Supporting the production of executive dashboards, performance indicators and management presentations.
• Participating in data governance and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening reporting reliability and operational efficiency.
• Assisting during quarterly and year-end reporting cycles, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality information.
• Supporting ad hoc analyses and projects requested by management
