Redion Employee Benefits, part of Generali, is seeking a Senior Cost Controller to join the Finance Team in Assago (Italy). You will monitor expenses, prepare reports, support budgeting, and partner with functions to challenge expenditures.

The role requires strong analytical skills, finance background, and proficiency in cost management tools. This permanent position is based in Assago with competitive salary and a clear path to influence financial performance.

Competenze

• 7 years of experience in Cost Controlling or related finance functions.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent) are a plus.
• Experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services is preferred.

Mansioni

• Monitor and analyse operating expenses, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare cost reports, dashboards and variance analyses versus budget/forecast.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Partner with business functions to challenge expenditures and promote cost awareness.
• Perform cost allocation analyses and improve cost management methodologies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities for expenses, accruals and provisions.
• Contribute to financial planning, reporting and performance monitoring.
• Participate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for management.
