Redion Employee Benefits is seeking a Senior Cost Controller to join the Finance Team in Assago, Italy. The role focuses on monitoring operating expenses, reporting, budgeting, and cost optimization across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in cost controlling within financial services or insurance, a finance-focused degree, and professional qualifications. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Competenze

University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline.
Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent) are an added advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate financial data into insights.

Mansioni

Support cost governance and financial performance across departments.
Prepare cost analyses, dashboards, and variance analyses vs. budget/forecast.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises and month-end close.
Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge expenditures and promote cost awareness.
Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
