Generali is seeking a Financial Controller – Compensation Cost for its GOSP Unit in Italy. You will oversee end-to-end forecasting, budgeting and planning for compensation costs across eight branches, driving alignment with senior finance leaders and HR.

The role emphasizes accurate analysis and tool-driven insights. You will manage SAP and Tagetik structures, challenge salary assumptions, and support major initiatives like new branches, joint ventures, or transformations, with a focus on

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in planning & control.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Italian language proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
• English language proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken).
• Experience in compensation cost planning & control.
• Solid command of Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end Forecast-Budget-Plan operation related to compensation costs.
• Review and challenge salary growth, hiring and retirements per Country.
• Maintain the cost center (SAP) and cost object (Tagetik) structure up to date with org changes.
• Support Unit Head and Department Head in forecasting compensation cost impacts on high visibility projects.
• Collaborate with Planning & Control and Pricing colleagues across Finance to align calendars and formats.
• Proactively identify and recommend improvements to increase analysis alignment and granularity.
