Redion Employee Benefits is seeking a Financial Reporting & Data Quality Analyst to join the Financial Reporting & Tax Team. You will contribute to production, validation and improvement of financial and management reports for a global business operating in 120+ countries.

Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to ensure data reliability, supporting dashboards, KPIs and presentations. The role emphasizes data governance, accuracy, and timely delivery during quarterly and year-end

Competenze

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query and SQL is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP 4Hana, SAP SRV and Prima is a big asset.
• Strong analytical and quantitative mindset.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

As Financial Reporting & Data Quality Analyst, you will join the Financial Reporting & Tax Team of Redion EB and contribute to the production, validation and continuous improvement of financial and management reporting processes supporting a global business operating across more than 120 countries. You will work in close collaboration with finance professionals and business stakeholders, contributing to the reliability, consistency and quality of the data used for management decision-making and regulatory reporting purposes.

Your responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):

• Supporting the preparation and validation of periodic financial, management and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders;
• Performing data quality reviews and reconciliation activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of financial and business information;
• Assisting in the analysis of reporting data, identifying trends, anomalies and areas requiring further investigation;
• Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of reporting processes, methodologies and controls;
• Collaborating with multiple functions across the organization to collect, review and challenge data used within reporting processes;
• Supporting the production of executive dashboards, performance indicators and management presentations;
• Participating in data governance and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening reporting reliability and operational efficiency;
• Assisting during quarterly and year-end reporting cycles, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality information;
• Supporting ad hoc analyses and projects requested by management

What we are looking for

• knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL or similar data analysis tools would be considered an advantage;
• knowledge of SAP 4Hana, SAP SRV and/or Prima system would be considered a big asset;
• strong analytical and quantitative mindset;
• natural attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work;
• ability to manage and analyse large datasets while maintaining data integrity;
• good communication and interpersonal skills;
• curiosity, willingness to learn and proactive attitude;
• advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• good command of English, any other language would be considered an asset

Ideal background would be

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in financial reporting, audit, data analytics, controlling, finance transformation or similar areas;
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
• Previous experience within a Big 4 firm (Audit, Risk Advisory, Financial Advisory or Consulting) highly desirable;
• Experience within insurance, reinsurance, financial services or regulated industries would be considered an advantage

Annual gross base salary offered for this position ranges from EUR 30,000.00 to EUR 35,000.00 (final package will be confirmed individually to the final selected candidate, in line with the profile and the adequation with the position requirements).
