Vertiv is hiring a Senior Construction Safety Lead to drive safety programs on active project sites, lead field safety teams, and ensure policy compliance across projects. You will conduct audits, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions while fostering a strong safety culture.

The role requires 8–10 years in construction safety with leadership experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Conduct safety audits, site assessments, and program evaluations to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs and leadership coaching for field personnel and contractors.
