Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an EHS Lead to join our Milan project, delivering safe, compliant execution across the data centre development.

You will lead health, safety and environmental practices on-site, coordinate with construction teams, and drive a proactive safety culture to meet client and regulatory requirements. The role requires experience leading EHS teams on large-scale construction projects, strong knowledge of current legislation, and the ability to communicate

Competenze

Environmental, health and safety qualifications and awareness.
Experience leading EHS on large-scale construction projects.
Proven ability to manage an EHS team and deliver project safety targets.
Proficient in MS Office suite and document control.
Comprehensive knowledge of current EHS legislation and best practices.

Mansioni

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation on-site.
Adhere to project-specific EHS plans and manage risk assessments.
Coordinate development of method statements, risk assessments, and permits to work.
Implement safety practices per project execution plan.
Lead and manage an EHS team to promote a strong safety culture.
Drive safety awareness sessions across all project disciplines.
Report on chemical hazards and REACH assessments with management actions.
Ensure safety interventions are completed and documented.
Conduct regular site audits and follow up on corrective actions.
