Smart4 Energy is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to join its Project Management & Construction Department. You will manage the full lifecycle of a construction site, from mobilization to demobilization, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and quality compliance.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with the Commissioning Manager during commissioning, and report to the Project Manager on progress and risks.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Site Supervisor or Construction Lead.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, permitting and commissioning.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad on international projects.

Mansioni

• Oversee site setup from mobilization to demobilization.
• Ensure HSE procedures per the Project HSE Plan.
• Coordinate daily activities and allocate resources.
• Maintain and update the project schedule with planners.
• Lead site supervisors, HSE and Quality teams.
• Report progress and key risks to the Project Manager.
