Cookies is seeking a Business Analyst to join our operations team. The role offers remote work worldwide with optional in-office setup in Rome or Dubai, enabling flexible collaboration across Operations, Acquisitions, Product and Commercial teams.

You will create, update and track performance metrics daily, respond to ad-hoc requests, develop segmentation analyses, and alert teams to KPIs to drive informed decision making. English fluency is required and +3 years in a similar role is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor in Computer Science / Information Technology / Mathematics / Statistics or equivalent experience.
• +3 years experience in a similar role.
• English fluency is a must.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• WordPress administration and development of custom modules.

Aufgaben

• Create, update and track all business performance through analysis on a daily basis.
• Respond to ad-hoc report and analysis requests from marketing, product management and other departments.
• Develop reports and analysis of performance including segmentation analysis.
• Track, analyze, and alert teams of all key business KPIs to support decision making.
