Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned product-delivery professional to partner with clients across Europe. You will own product delivery, map customer journeys and align engineering to priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent English and Italian are required, with strong communication and influencing skills. Experience in electricity/utilities markets is a plus, as is a deep understanding of technology trends and agile practices.

Competenze

Proven experience in client delivery or product ownership.
Demonstrated agile delivery experience.
Experience in product management and mapping customer journeys.
Strong understanding of technology trends.
Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and challenge traditional thinking.
Experience managing complex delivery pipelines for clients.
Fluent English and Italian; other European languages a plus.
Nice-to-have: experience in electricity/utilities market in Europe.

Manage relationships with client counterparts, including product and business owners.

Descrizione del lavoro

Responsibilities

You will be managing the relationship with client counterparts (often product owners and business owners)
You will be the first point of contact for tech development and the escalation and resolution point with customers for specific domain/product issues
Being the knowledge base of how Kraken works and how we deliver Kraken Platform
Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities internally.
Summarising and articulating client needs, considerations, timelines internally to enable the ongoing development of the Kraken platform.
Supporting the engineering team to deliver product features
Challenging the client to think differently about tech development, having full belief in the continuous iteration and deployment approach we have.

Requirements

Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
Agile delivery experience
Experience of product management and customer journeys
Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills
Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
Patience and initiative
Time management and a get-stuff-done attitude
Fluent English + Italian (other european languages are also relevant for this role)
Previous experience in the electricity/utilities market in Italy or another European country is a strong "nice to have"
