Kearney Italia, Inc. in Milano is looking for talented Consultants to join their Implementation Advisory team. You will demonstrate expertise in driving digital transformation initiatives for clients in various sectors including Utilities and Financial Institutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Engineering, fluency in Italian and English, and 3-5 years of consultancy experience. This role offers the chance to impact strategic solutions and drive measurable change in organizations.

Competenze

• 3-5 years’ experience in consultancy, specifically as a Digital Expert.
• Participation in digital transformation initiatives in Utilities, CMT, Financial Institutions, or Industrial sectors.
• Good knowledge in application architecture and core IT solutions.

We are looking for talented and results-oriented Consultants to become a key contributor to the growth and development of our Implementation Advisory team.

In this regard you will:

• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in accelerating impact of Digital Execution engagements within target industry sector
• Support clients manage innovation and transformation initiatives delivering clear benefit to the client in both the short and long term
• Support the development of marketable points of view on business challenges to identify, develop and extend client relationships

WHAT ARE WE SEEKING FOR?

• Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering

- 105 minimum for Bachelor and Master

• Fluent Italian and English
• 3-5 years’ experience in consultancy, with current position as Digital Expert
• Deep knowledge and proven track record in Utilities, or in CMT, or in Financial Institutions, or in Industrial

- UTILITIES

you have participated in digital transformation initiatives / operations review projects for primary Utility operators in Italy and have developed vertical skills on core downstream processes

you have a good knowledge of Utility application architecture and at least one core IT solution, have knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies

Preferred requirements: participation in customer journey design / customer experience review projects of IT PMI; implementation of CRM or New Billing solutions, review of operations and asset management systems, review of operations and 2G meter measurement / management systems, implementation of RPA programs, data governance management, development of IOT solutions, implementation of advanced analytics solutions

- CMT

you have participated in digital transformation initiatives / operations review projects for primary CMT operators in Italy or abroad and you have developed vertical skills on core processes

you have a good knowledge of the TelCo application architecture and of at least one core IT solution, has knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies

Preferred requirements: participation in customer journey design / customer experience review projects of IT PMI; optimization of multichannel customer operations and CTI and CRM solutions, design and implementation of outsourcing, implementation of Billing solutions, review of operations and network management systems, implementation of RPA programs, data governance management , development of IOT solutions, implementation of advanced analytics solutions

- Financial Institutions

you have participated in digital transformation initiatives / operations review projects for leading financial institutions (banks or insurance companies) in Italy and have developed vertical skills on core processes

you have a good knowledge of the application architecture of the sector and of at least one solution IT core, has knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies

Preferred requirements: participation in projects for the design of customer journeys / revision of the multichannel customer experience, governance of architectural renewal initiatives for services, development of vertical solutions for sales networks, core banking, insurance and asset management services, IT SMEs; RPA, analytics and data governance, IOT solutions, hybrid clouds and security

you have participated in digital transformation initiatives / operations review projects for leading industrial operators in Italy / abroad and have developed vertical skills on core processes

you have a good knowledge of S&OP systems, SAP ECC or S4, transportation management , warehouse management or demand forecasting, has knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies

Preferred requirements: participation in supply chain innovation projects and production models, demand forecasting systems / MPS / MRP and production (MES), distribution logistics solutions, digital twins / IoT / industry 4.0, automation projects / RPA, analytics and data governance, ERP in international contexts
