Job summary

Alpitronic in Bologna, with monthly travel to Bolzano, is seeking a Senior Claims Manager to strategically guide end-to-end claims with suppliers and customers. You will minimize financial losses and help standardize global processes; this role reports to senior management and requires strong cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering/Industrial/Business degree, several years in manufacturing, and solid knowledge of liability and contract law.

Qualifications

• Engineering/industrial degree with technical understanding.
• Several years in a similar industrial/manufacturing role.
• Strong knowledge of Liability Law, Contract Law, Product Compliance, and Conformity of Product.
• Experience in international companies and managing global relationships.
• Fluency in English and Italian; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end claim cases from execution to follow-up.
• Manage multiple high-criticality claims with customers and suppliers.
• Document all claim communications with internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with R&D, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Legal, and external partners.
• Lead negotiations and set strategies for high-exposure claims.
• Define and implement global claim management processes.
• Report regularly on status and financial impact to senior management.
