Alstom is seeking a Project Contract Manager (PrCM) in Bologna to lead contract/claim management and risk mitigation for major mobility projects. You will work with the Project Manager and team to implement strategies, maintain robust claim files, and ensure governance and documentation compliance.

The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders, keeping timely communications, and traveling up to 20–30% as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in contract and claim management.
• Willing to travel up to 20–30%.
• Location Bologna, Italy must be eligible to work.

Mansioni

• Apply CCIM and governance to project contracts.
• Prepare and communicate Contract Summary and update it regularly.
• Analyze contracts to drive contract/claim management strategy.
• Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices to customers/partners.
• Develop project-specific commercial procedures and filing systems.
• Monitor contract obligations and changes, including variation orders.
