Job summary

Alpitronic is seeking a Procurement & Planning Specialist for its Bologna site, with occasional travel to Bolzano. You will manage procurement planning, supplier relationships, and inventory optimization to support high-tech e-mobility projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.
• Several years of experience in procurement, planning, or materials management.
• Strong understanding of procurement topics and corporate procurement processes.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP and BI systems.
• Structured and independent work approach, teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execution of procurement planning and initiation of purchase orders.
• Cultivation of close relationships with international suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, and resolution of delivery issues.
• Close collaboration with program planning and production control.
• Continuous optimization of inventory levels and metrics.
