SANY Group seeks a Channel Service Engineer based in Central Italy to oversee dealer technical service for material handlers, 45-ton reach stackers and stackers. You will coordinate service processes, train dealers, and drive local product adaptation in collaboration with the Italy team.

Fluent Italian and strong English, a valid driving license and willingness to travel across Central Italy are required. You will partner with China RD to optimize service performance and strengthen dealer

Competenze

At least 3 years of after-sales/channel service experience in construction or port machinery; experience with material handlers, reach stackers and stackers preferred.
Solid expertise in hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems and troubleshooting of large port and material handling equipment.
Able to summarize local product adaptation problems and propose optimization suggestions for RD iteration.
Fluent in Italian, proficient English for cross-border technical communication with Chinese teams.
Hold a valid driving license and accept frequent business travel across Central Italy.
Possess basic dealer management awareness and good cross-team communication and coordination abilities.

Dealer Service Management Capacity Building: Manage daily dealer service cooperation, standardize after-sales processes, and improve service professionalism and quality.
Technical Training Support: Provide technical training for dealers on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems; deliver remote and on-site support.
Complex Fault Resolution: Tackle difficult and escalated equipment failures; improve first-time fix rate and service efficiency.
Product Localization RD Communication: Gather market feedback and data, coordinate with China RD for optimization and local upgrading.
Service KPI Process Optimization: Track dealer KPIs, optimize after-sales processes, and reduce failure rates.
Dealer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain long-term dealer partnerships and support upgrades and retrofit projects.
