SANY Group is seeking a Channel Service Engineer based in Central Italy to oversee dealer technical service for material handlers, 45-ton reach stackers and stackers. You will upgrade dealer capabilities, resolve on-site issues and support local product optimization, while maintaining strong dealer partnerships.

Fluent Italian and proficient English are required, with a driving license and willingness to travel across Central Italy.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of after-sales and channel service experience in construction or port machinery.
• Solid expertise in bhydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems troubleshooting.
• Willing to summarize local adaptation issues and propose RD improvements.

Mansioni

• Oversee dealer service management and develop standardized after-sales processes.
• Provide professional technical training for dealers on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot complex faults and improve first-time fix rate and service efficiency.
• Collect local feedback and communicate with RD for product optimization.
• Track service KPIs and optimize regional after-sales processes.
• Maintain long-term dealer relationships and coordinate upgrades and retrofits.
