Avanade Advisory is seeking an Organizational Change Management Senior Analyst to help clients shape transformation plans across Milano, Torino and Roma. You will bring together OCM and technology skills to support large-scale changes, drive adoption, and deliver the expected returns on digital workplace strategies.

Competenze

• Experience delivering change and transformation projects.
• Knowledge across sectors and drivers creating change.
• Ability to guide in organizational context and transitions.
• Development and delivery of change and transformation strategies and business cases.
• Excellent PowerPoint and visual development; strong client communication.
• Preferred CoPilot knowledge; HR processes awareness.
• Passion for technology and its impact on the workplace and employee experience.

Mansioni

• Shape transformation plans, identify opportunities for change and map them into a roadmap.
• Provide hands-on program and change management for large-scale transformations.
• Lead or coordinate relevant workstreams.
• Set vision, culture, and momentum for organizational change.
• Design and manage transformation offices and supporting infrastructure.
• Articulate a compelling case for change and coach sponsors on messaging and behavior.
• Design and deliver change initiatives.
• Demonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills.
