Avvale is seeking a Change Management Consultant for our Italian offices in Milan, Rome and Turin. You will support clients in managing change through communication, training and organizational redesign, leveraging ERP systems like SAP and CPM tools such as OneStream.

Join a collaborative team to analyze processes, map organizational models, and drive digital transformation. Minimum 4 years in consultancy and strong interpersonal skills are required. CVs are required for applications.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years' relevant work experience in consultancy or similar roles.
• Experience in change management and digital transformation.
• Strong verbal and written communication and team skills.

Mansioni

• Manage client relations and support business development in organizational transformations.
• Contribute to defining/revising organizational models and operational efficiency.
• Support change management practices for adoption of new technologies (ERP like SAP; CPM like OneStream).
• Work as part of a team to plan and execute business analysis (organizational and processes).
• Gather client information through interviews, surveys, and reports; map processes as needed.
