Rome Business School is seeking a Career Service Senior Advisor to deliver career services, support employability initiatives and manage company relations. You will work hands-on with students and recruiters to drive placement outcomes, while maintaining accurate data and reporting across programs.

The role emphasizes senior delivery, autonomy and collaboration within a fast-paced, international environment, contributing to a leading business school’s employability results.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in Career Services, Employability, Placement, HR, or related fields.
• Hands-on delivery with student management, company relations and follow-ups.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting and KPI tracking abilities.
• Experience in coordinating events, employer outreach and recruitment activities.
• Master’s Degree in Economics, Business, Management, HR, Education or related field.

Mansioni

• Deliver career advising and coaching to students, supporting goal definition and outcomes.
• Support job search strategies, CV optimization, interview prep, personal branding and market positioning.
• Lead placement activities and engage with recruiters and employers.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and placement data with accuracy.
• Organize Career Days, company presentations and on-campus recruitments.
• Ensure timely execution of activities with quality and stakeholder alignment.
