NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome seeks a senior manager to lead communications, career services and industry relations. Reporting to the Rome School Director, you will oversee budgets and a team delivering strategic goals in the territory.

The role coordinates with the Milan team on industry projects and events, strengthens employer networks, and enhances campus employability through internships and jobs.

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
• 8–15 years of professional experience in higher education or the creative industries.
• Proven experience managing creative teams and operating in complex environments.

Mansioni

• Oversee communications activities in Rome aligned with brand strategy.
• Plan events, social media, and campaigns to support sales and brand positioning.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the career services office.
• Foster employer relationships to provide job and internship opportunities.
• Coordinate industry projects and manage transversal events with Milan team.
• Budget, forecast and report on career services and communications
• Lead and develop the team, ensuring resources and policy compliance.
