Rome Business School in Rome is seeking a Career Service Senior Advisor to deliver career coaching, support student job search strategies, and coordinate employer relations. The role reports to the Career Service Coordinator and focuses on employability outcomes, data accuracy, and reporting.

You will manage student and company relations, run workshops, track KPIs, and contribute to employability events and initiatives.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in economics, business, or HR.
• 3-5 years in career services or related fields.
• Strong data and reporting capabilities.

Mansioni

• Deliver career advising and coaching to students and support job search strategies.
• Develop and run workshops, advisory sessions and placement activities.
• Manage relationships with recruiters and companies for opportunities.
• Track KPIs, maintain data accuracy, and produce reports.
• Organize Career Days, company presentations and matching initiatives.
• Ensure timely execution of activities with ownership and quality.
