An international educational institution in Rome is seeking an International Admission Advisor to join its Admissions Department. The role involves guiding international students throughout their educational journey by engaging with them and assisting in selecting their professional master’s programs. Candidates should be fluent in English and Italian, hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and reside in Rome. The position offers a full-time, fixed-term contract with a base salary of €18,452.85, plus commissions that could elevate earnings up to €45K, along with two remote work days per week after training.

Job Description

Rome Business School is looking for a resilient and persuasive International Admission Advisor to join the Admissions Department.

You will work within an international team as a point of reference for students, by guiding them throughout their educational path and supporting them in choosing their annual professional master’s program (online or on campus).

What you will do

• Engage with international students
• Help them explore academic options and encourage them to choose the educational path best suited to them
• Achieve weekly and monthly goals by collaborating with the team leader

What we offer

• Base salary: €18 452,85/year + commissions (with the possibility to earn up to €45K)
• Full‑time fixed‑term contract for an initial 6 months
• Working hours: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri)
• Two days of remote work per week after completing the training period

Important information for international candidates
