NABA – Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome seeks a Communication, Career and Industry Relations Senior Manager/Manager to oversee all communications, career services and industry relations activities in Rome. The role reports to the Rome School Director and will manage budgets and ateam to deliver on strategic goals.

The candidate should have 8–15 years in higher education or creative industries, strong Italian and English, and experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams.

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
• 8–15 years of professional experience in higher education or the creative industries, with proven experience in managing creative teams.

Mansioni

• Oversee communications activities in Rome in line with NABA brand strategy.
• Plan events, promotions and social media for the Rome campus and support sales campaigns.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for career services and alumni relations in Rome.
