Fluency in English is essential, and prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is advantageous.

I am currently working with an international law firm to recruit a Business Development, Marketing & Communications Executive for its Milan office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative BD & Marketing team supporting lawyers across a range of advisory practice areas. The role offers broad exposure to business development, client relationship initiatives, marketing campaigns, events, communications and profile-raising activities within a highly professional legal environment.

Key responsibilities will include supporting pitches and proposals, coordinating client development activities, assisting with strategic events, managing digital marketing initiatives including LinkedIn content, preparing legal directory submissions, and helping to deliver business development strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.

Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential, while previous experience within a law firm or professional services setting would be advantageous.
