Pp Pinup is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive the analysis and definition of requirements for complex digital products. You will model processes, elicit and document requirements, and collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in complex digital products or IT systems.
• Proven experience translating business needs into structured, actionable requirements.
• Strong knowledge of BA techniques including stakeholder analysis, elicitation, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
• Experience modeling business processes using BPMN and documenting system behavior using UML or equivalent.
• Experience preparing business requirements, functional specs, use cases, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to identify ambiguities and gaps before implementation.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Experience evaluating solutions and communicating trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Experience working with Product Managers, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

Responsabilités

• Analyze complex business processes and identify inefficiencies across Traffic Domain products.
• Structure, document, and validate business and functional requirements to be clear and actionable.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate needs into well-defined requirements.
• Describe AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Explore alternative solutions and assess implications and dependencies.
• Participate in discovery activities to analyze problems and validate assumptions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation including requirements, specs, diagrams, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and refinement sessions to align business, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Ensure delivered functionality meets agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve data consistency and efficiency across Traffic Domain products.
