Job summary

Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, seeks a seasoned Business Analyst with 5+ years in Retail/POS projects to translate business needs into user stories and functional specs. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams in a multinational setting, ensuring requirements are implemented correctly and tested thoroughly.

You will document guidelines, support testing, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives while preparing end-user training materials and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid experience in Retail and Point of Sales (POS) projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business/functional requirements, user stories and process improvement.
• Fluent English and Italian are required, as you will work in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements for Retail and POS solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, epics and functional specifications for technical teams.
• Identify gaps in existing Retail/POS functionalities and contribute to defining improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout development, testing and implementation phases.
• Prepare functional and configuration guidelines and ensure that requirements are correctly implemented.
• Support testing activities, validate solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Contribute to business transformation and digitalization projects in an international environment.
• Prepare documentation and support training activities for end users and support teams.
