RINA seeks a Building Structural Senior Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Division in Italy (Naples and Genova). You will design and deliver complex building and civil projects with autonomy, ensuring regulatory compliance and technical excellence while mentoring junior engineers.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, perform structural analyses, prepare calculations and drawings, and support site activities.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Building Engineering.
At least 4 years of professional experience in the structural design of buildings and civil projects.
Proven experience in design/analysis of reinforced concrete, steel and/or masonry structures.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis methods and FEM software.
Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

Design, analyze and verify building structures to ensure safety and compliance with codes.
Perform structural calculations and produce calculation reports and construction drawings.
Coordinate structural engineering activities within multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers.
Ensure all activities comply with QMS, regulations and client requirements.
Support site activities and client meetings, resolve structural issues on site.
