RINA is recruiting a Building Structural Senior Engineer in Naples, Italy, within the Civil Engineering Division. You will lead the design and delivery of complex building and civil projects with autonomy and a commitment to technical excellence.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, prepare calculations, drawings, technical reports and construction documents while ensuring compliance with QMS, standards and client requirements.

Competenze

• Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato).
• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience in structural design of buildings and civil projects.
• Experience in design/analysis of reinforced concrete, steel and/or masonry structures.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis methods and FEM software.
• Solid understanding of construction materials, design codes.
• Experience preparing structural calculations, reports and drawings.
• Native or equivalent proficiency in Italian; fluent English.

• Develop practical engineering solutions during design and construction.

• Support construction and resolve structural issues.
