RINA is recruiting a Building Structural Senior Engineer to join its Naples office in Italy. The role focuses on designing and delivering complex building projects with high autonomy, ensuring compliance with codes and strong project execution while mentoring junior engineers.

The candidate will lead structural design activities, perform calculations, produce technical documentation and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering.
• 4+ years of professional experience in the structural design of buildings and civil projects.
• Experience in design/analysis of reinforced concrete, steel and/or masonry.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis methods and FEM software.
• Proven ability to prepare structural calculations, reports and documents.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

• Design, analyze and verify building structures in accordance with codes and standards.
• Perform structural calculations and analyses using industry-standard software.
• Prepare calculations, specifications and construction drawings.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities and mentor junior engineers.
