RINA is seeking a Building Structural Senior Engineer for its Civil Engineering Division in Naples and Genoa, Italy. You will lead design and delivery of complex building projects with technical autonomy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires ownership of design calculations, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring of junior engineers. A mandatory protected-category registration under Italian Law 68/99 is required.

Competenze

• Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato).
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in structural design of buildings.
• Experience in design and analysis of reinforced concrete, steel and/or masonry structures.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis methods and FEM software.
• Understanding of construction materials, structural behaviour and design codes.
• Experience preparing structural calculations, engineering reports and technical documentation.
• Native or equivalent proficiency in Italian.
