RINA is seeking a Building Structural Senior Engineer to join its Civil Engineering Division in Genova and Naples, Italy. You will design and deliver complex building and civil projects with autonomy, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance while mentoring junior engineers.

Mandatory requirement: registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99. The role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, technical leadership and adherence to QMS and client

Competenze

Mandatory: registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato).
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering.
At least 5 years of professional experience in structural design.
Experience designing/analysing reinforced concrete, steel or masonry structures.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis methods and FEM software.

Mansioni

Design, analyze and verify building structures ensuring safety and compliance.
Perform structural calculations and analyses with industry-standard software.
Prepare calculation reports, technical specs and construction drawings.
Develop practical engineering solutions through design and construction phases.
Coordinate structural activities within multidisciplinary teams.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
Collaborate with Principal Engineer and Project Engineering Manager to deliver projects.
Ensure compliance with QMS, regulations and client requirements.
Review documents for accuracy and consistency; contribute to process improvement.
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors and participate in site inspections.
