Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in brand marketing, creative marketing, digital design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showing ownership of brand systems, campaigns, launches.
• Experience evolving visual identity beyond just applying guidelines.
• Ability to defend creative decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Experience briefing and coordinating designers, agencies, and creatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand strategy, visual identity, and creative direction.
• Translate business objectives into distinctive creative concepts and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a scalable brand system with guidelines and templates.
• Define creative direction across websites, launches, social media, events, and internal comms.
• Lead campaigns from ideation through delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Use AI-enabled tools for ideation, production, and workflow automation.
• Build scalable templates and processes for on-brand materials.
• Review output to raise the brand’s visual communication standards.
