First Merchants Corporation in Milano is seeking a Senior Customer Relationship Representative to deliver high-quality service by accurately completing bank transactions, opening accounts, and processing loan applications. You will identify products to meet clients' needs and help achieve sales goals with strong relationship management.

You will support onboarding to digital tools and ensure compliance while delivering a consistently excellent client experience across multiple product lines.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year banking or sales experience.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required within three months.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.
• Knowledge of bank products and services is preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience by managing complex service needs in a banking center.
• Serve as trusted advisor by assessing clients' finances and recommending integrated solutions.
• Escalate advanced inquiries and ensure timely resolution and follow-through.
• Strengthen client relationships through feedback, loyalty, retention and advocacy.
• Perform and oversee complex monetary and non-monetary transactions with accuracy.
• Balance cash, teller systems, vault, ATM, and branch transactions as needed.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process loan applications accurately.
• Drive onboarding by enrolling clients in digital banking services and following up.
• Lead by example to achieve sales goals and support scorecard performance.
• Document activity in CRM, manage pipelines, and support incentive plans.
• Collaborate with product specialists and refer clients to services as appropriate.
• Mentor junior staff and support onboarding of new hires.
• Adhere to regulatory and information security requirements; report risks.
