team.blue is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to streamline marketing operations by building agentic systems. You will report to the Applied AI team and work on marketing automation projects across brands and languages.

You will map processes, quantify ROI, and develop end-to-end solutions from PoC to production. Expect work that blends ML with production Engineering, focusing on trust, provenance and auditable workflows.

Competenze

• 7+ years building data and ML systems in industry.
• Experience shipping end-to-end data/ML solutions with production-grade tooling.
• Proven ability to deploy and operate systems affecting real users.

• Map processes and quantify time/resources across marketing flows.
• Design end-to-end agentic automation and ROI impact.
• Build and productionize proof-of-concept to production with monitoring.
• Ensure safety features: guardrails, approvals, idempotency, rollback.
