team.blue is seeking an experienced Data Science Lead to mentor two data scientists and stay hands-on in delivery. You will shape the data strategy, own complex projects end-to-end, and collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and engineers to turn data into business value through ML and analytics.

You will balance leadership with coding, reviewing, and delivering high-impact models while aligning with company goals across Europe.

Competenze

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in data science, incl. 3+ years in lead role with proven impact.

• Lead, coach and grow a team of two data scientists.
• Stay hands-on delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Define and prioritize the team backlog and roadmaps.
