Genesys is seeking a Principal AI Solutions Architect for Customer Success in Teramo, Abruzzo. In this role, you will bridge customer ambition and AI transformation, aiming to scale AI capabilities within enterprises and contribute to reusable frameworks.

Responsibilities include leading workshops for seamless CX, ensuring compliance with standards, and mentoring internal teams and customers to build AI maturity.

Competenze

• 8-12 years of combined experience in AI implementation, CX/CCaaS consulting, or technical solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CX/CCaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to work with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud environments.
