Callimacus is developing a platform that orchestrates multi-agent interactions for demanding enterprise customers. You will join a small, senior team where the foundation is still being set, and your decisions will influence the architecture, performance envelope, and the developer experience for years to come.

You’ll own the orchestration layer, optimize inference on the critical path, and design embeddings/vector search-driven pipelines.

Competenze

• Strong TypeScript and Node.js production experience.
• Experience with AI systems, embeddings, vector databases.
• Comfort with fast-paced startup environments.

Mansioni

• Own the orchestration layer and design how agents turn signals into an interface in production for enterprise customers.
• Put inference on the critical path and maintain fast model routing, caching, and latency budgets.
• Build the retrieval and selection pipeline: embeddings, vector search, ranking, and content selection logic.
• Make agent behavior measurable through evals, tracing, and feedback loops.
• Shape how customers extend the system with tools, guardrails, and configuration.
