You’ll lead engineering, grow a team of engineers, and shape architecture while staying hands-on. We value speed, deliberate culture, and the craft of building scalable systems in a fast‑growing company at the forefront of AI, with offices in Milan and a market‑leading salary.

Competenze

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Full-stack TypeScript (Node.js, React) experience.
• Experience with AWS and AI product/systems orchestration.

• Own delivery and ship fast with lightweight processes.
• Grow the team by hiring and mentoring engineers.
• Own how technical decisions are proposed, reviewed, shipped.
• Build engineering culture with ownership and high standards.
