Thales Alenia Space is seeking a Ground Segment Engineer to join our team in Italy. You will analyse customer needs, formalise system architecture, and lead integration and test activities for space-ground interfaces. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and a strong systems view.

We value a Master’s degree in Engineering, experience in IVVQ, and familiarity with DOORS, Polarion, and JIRA. You will operate in a challenging environment, contributing to sustainable space solutions.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Electronics, Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in Software and/or Hardware, Systems Engineering and IVVQ activities.
• Desire to continuously update expertise and design innovative solutions for customers.
• Interest in conception, requirement management, development, test, integration or validation.
• Ability to solve complex problems in a challenging environment.
• Proven team player with collaborative mindset.
