PALO IT is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in Paris, hybrid, to embed with enterprise teams and deliver AI-powered products from discovery to production. You will own the journey end-to-end, ensuring adoption and measurable value for clients.

A client-facing consulting posture and 5+ years of hands-on engineering are required. You will work with a modern AI-native workflow, using Gen-e²™, and collaborate across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact

Competenze

• Client-facing consulting posture required.
• Hands-on software development experience.
• Ability to deliver workstreams independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong frontend/backend fundamentals (React/Angular; Java/.NET).
• Experience with LLMs or generative models.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
