Palo IT is seeking a Head of Engineering for its Gen-e² practice. You translate strategy into daily execution, lead the AI engineering community, and ensure every team delivers at the highest standard, whether on client projects or product initiatives.

You own engineering standards, roadmaps and incident management, mentor Senior engineers, manage hiring, and guide architectural decisions in collaboration with the CTO.

Competenze

• 12+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• Production-grade AI-first systems delivery experience.
• Ability to scale engineering practices and foster a community.

Mansioni

• Translate strategy into daily execution across engineering squads.
• Define and enforce CI/CD, incident management, and security standards.
• Lead engineers and tech leads, mentor talent and grow the technical leadership bench.
• Represent engineering in pre-sales discussions and client engagements.
