PALO IT is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to own AI-powered product delivery from discovery through pilot to production. You will work closely with Fortune 1000 clients across sectors like finance, retail, and energy, translating high-impact business problems into scalable AI-native solutions.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires deep full-stack expertise, daily use of AI coding tools, and the ability to lead workshops and present to senior executives.

Competenze

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering with client-facing delivery experience.
• Deep full-stack expertise (ReactJS front-end; .NET/Java/Python back-end).
• Experience deploying LLM- or generative AI-powered systems, with awareness of AI behavior in product design.
• Strong architecture and design capabilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Autonomous, proactive, outcome-oriented, and able to lead senior conversations.
• Experience mentoring or leading small teams.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise constraints—risk, compliance, and complex stakeholder environments.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery, scope work, architect, develop prototypes, and deliver production-ready AI systems.
• Run discovery sessions, frame needs, manage expectations, and build trust with executives and engineers.
• Mentor engineers, promote AI-native best practices, and foster autonomous delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Presales to craft proposals and solution designs.
• Champion prompt engineering, output validation, guardrails, and Gen-e2 methodology.
